Swift Fix is a one call - one solution operation, with a very competent team of experienced staff and tradesman, covering all aspects of maintenance and repair to the house building sector. We are located just north of Tamworth off junction 11 of the M42, in a beautifully converted stable complex to an old manor house. Our offices are a signature to the construction services we offer.  Being placed on the major motorway links enables us to cover England without losing control of the operatives.

All trades are covered including brickwork, joinery, roofing, plumbing, electrical, plastering, ceramic tiling, painting & decorating. External works include brickwork & extensions, paving, drainage, fencing, roofing, as well as full external painting services. Swift Fix also offers an extensive range of garden maintenance services, landscaping, tree surgery, patio & block paving, show home steel railings, balconies, security railings & grills.

All our operatives are directly employed and have been enhanced DBS checked.

Our company takes Health and Safety very seriously and holds a clean record with no reportable incidents over the last eight years. All our operatives receive regular training on HS&E and Customer Care. We are members of Safe Contractor and SMAS.

We deal with all enquiries very efficiently and effectively. Booking can either be made by the client and then issued to us for completion, alternatively we can contact the clients directly. We aim to make contact, with the customer, within 24 hours of instruction and then complete works within 7 days. 

A brief overview of the procedure, we always follow, when dealing with our clients work:

• Contact customer within 24 hours of receiving instruction to arrange appointment.
• Contact customer day before appointment to confirm our attendance and check it is still convenient, to avoid wasted visits / customer not home etc.
• Attend property to complete works. 
• Explain works to Customer and they are asked if there is any particular sequence to complete the works.
• Dust sheet all affected areas and from front door to working area.
• Upon completion, customer is asked to inspect the works.
• Our own customer satisfaction questionnaire is given to customer for completion.

Our new house builder clients find our way of working very efficient. It not only keeps their customer satisfaction levels very high with the speed of our response and quality of work, it is also very cost effective, it saves them taking labour away from their core building projects and slowing schedules down. Our multi skilled operatives can correct several issues in one visit, where as the house builder may have to send in a variety of tradesman to complete the work.
